Profile:
Develop and implement the sales and market strategies to increase existing business and market shares in consultation with the legal representative in Stockholm
Determine the growth opportunities to ensure an effective sales and market coverage
Monitor performance data and KPI's pertaining to sales and revenue through all channels
Develop and implement sales procedures and policies in line with the industry best practicies. Set up sales call plans, daily/weekly/monthly reporting mechanisms and to ensure that the appropriate selling skills are suitably employed
Guide, train, coach and review the performances and immediately adress any shortcomings to drive an effective, high-performance sales team
Visit travel agencies to develop and maintain relationships to ensure that the company is represented and promoted, as well as ensuring that gaps and business opportunities are closed successfully
Organize and support participation at events, seminars or road-shows
Good knowledge of Amadeus
Minimum three years of experience from sales position with an international airline or five years with an IATA travel agency
Fluent verbal and written Swedish and English. Knowledge in French is an advantage
Ability to travel ouside of your base location and during late office hours including weekends; having good negotiation skills; knowledge of modern technology and airline pricing; experience in making public presentations and being a trouble solver
The team will be located in the offices of Royal Air Maroc in Copenhagen. The marketing and commercial strategy of the company in Scandinavia is being set by the legal representative of the company. The allocated staff will be under that persons supervision. The laptops as well as all necessary IT softwares and systems will be provided by Royal Air Maroc to the outsourced team. A validity of the partnership will be defined by a common agreement.
