hela Sverige Market leader Zehnder Group is now enterering the swedish market with high quality products within radiator. Looking for a very business oriented candidate to start it up. Based in daughter company Freshman Flimmers office in Täby.
Publiceringsdatum2008-07-01ArbetsuppgifterIn this role you will work with the following three areas:
Commercial/technical:
• Introduction of the Zehnder brand in Sweden
• Acquisition of new customers/ customer groups and projects
• Responsibility for the operational sales and marketing budgets
• Offers/ price calculations
• Commercial/ technical consulting and training
• Organization and leading of seminars in Sweden and Norway
• Organization of exhibitions in SE, NOR, e.g. Nordbyg 2010
• Market analysis like competitors, products, potential partners and projects
• ZG product adaptations
• Reclamations
Marketing:
• Preparation of appropriate marketing tools and Internet-Homepage with help of marketing dept. Lahr
Administrational:
• Self organizing. At the beginning: min. 60% field work - 40% office work
ErfarenhetWe would like you to be a engineer with commercial knowledge or
commercial degree with technical skills. Minimum 3-5 years of sales/marketing experience in the field of HVAC. Existing network in radiator business is appreciated but not a demand. You are fluent in Swedish and English. If you speak another Scandinavian language or German it is a plus.
Your attitudes should consist of:
• Motivated, dynamic, flexible, creative, entrepreneurship, your are a doer!
• High identification with the Zehnder group, a good feeling for design and for a premium brand
• Ready for field work and business trips abroad
• Ready to take over responsibility like sales, costs and organisational development

ErsättningA monthly salary. Commission/bonus to be negotiated; aprox. 80% fixed and 20% variable. Company car (Volvo V50) also for private use. Laptop and Mobile phone. You will also attend a training period in Germany (PLA). Individual ZG factory visits and trainings in Europe.
