Main Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining the customer relationship with Dealers.
• Organizing Marketing, retail and incentive activities with Dealers.
• Doing the shop visit, building and maintaining the shops' customer relationship with local merchandisers team.
• Deliver weekly sales activity reports and sales forecasts.
• Achieve a monthly and annual sales target.
• Arranging meetings with Dealers to present products and services; organizing annual Dealers meetings and training.
• Competition and market monitoring.
• Managing and supervising sales process from presales.

Requirements:

• Experience with selling via indirect channel, +5 years' experience on Dealers sales will an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Dealers sales process.
• Presentation skills.
• Good time management.
• Project management process knowledge.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Analytic and strong strategic skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience working with multicultural environment.
• Never give up mentality.
