ADB SAFEGATE is currently seeking a Sales Manager
As Sales Manager you will be part of the sales department - Airport Performance who is responsible to provide our customers with intelligent solutions that deliver superior airport performance from approach to departure. Our Sales organization needs to ensure that we can meet the future demands of our customers and increase our market share.
You will work as Sales Manager within ADB Safegates strategic business area and with the entire airports operational performance. You will be responsible for global strategic projects and influence key stakeholders including the Civil Aviation Authority, Airport Operators, Consultants and Contractors. You will, with support of a Technical Sales Engineer, analyze and validate airports operations and advise ADB Safegates solutions to improve the airport performance. You will support our customers in transforming their need into a buying action.
It's a dedicated team working with Airport Performance and you will be surrounded by nice, committed and driven colleagues. The team has a great knowledge within the field and you will get the opportunity to learn a lot from their expertise.
You will report to our VP Sales & Marketing Henrik Linderberth, who is based in Dubai. Job description
We expect you to drive our global business cases and advise and offer our customers intelligence solutions to achieve a better airport performance. You will need to immerse yourself in and acquire a more comprehensive understanding of airport operations in order to support our clients as a thought leader. It's crucial that you will be educated in our product portfolio to understand how we can contribute to our customers challenges and expectations. You will work with global business cases. The position as Sales Manager will not include any responsibilities for direct reports. The role will require about 100-150 travel days a year.
Qualifications
You hold a Master degree within financial business and/or engineering. We believe you have 3-5 years of experience in an operational role within sales and now ready to take on an even bigger challenge. It's a requirement that you have experience from a solution oriented business cases.
It is a requirement that you speak and write English fluently and it is an advantageous if you speak additional languages. International experience is an advantage. Driving license is a requirement.
Qualities
We expect you to possess a distinct drive, be strategic combined with patience to match long business processes, typical to the airport industry are sales projects with 3-5 years perspective. Independent, confident and at the same time good at communication, and of course, target oriented are qualities that characterize you. As a Sales Manager you must enjoy working in different cultural environments and have a good social ability to be able to develop contact with customers and agents as well as with colleagues all over the globe. You have the ability to learn new things and adapt new technical environments. You are positive and open to new challenges.
