Everyone is talking about online video and WebTV. Qbrick is a leading provider of Online Video Platform and delivery services for both media and corporate clients. We have a strong position as market leader in Scandinavia, and are working with a long list of exciting customers, most recently the technical platform for HBO Nordic.

We are now looking for a Sales Manager to our Stockholm office, with strong sales leadership skills and business acumen, to become part of our passion!

Responsibilities

As Sales Manager you will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned market. You will lead the Stockholm sales team towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.  In this you will establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base, as well as manage a few of our larger client accounts.

Your main responsibilities are:

• the performance and development of the Stockholm Sales Team

• development and execution of a sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability

• initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new market segments

• prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects

• securing personal sales targets

• provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance

• create, conduct and support sales team regarding proposal presentations and RFP responses

• control expenses to meet budget guidelines

Of course you will receive training in the Qbrick product line and our successful Qbrick sales methodology - Qbrick Way of Sales. An important first step will be to understand and learn our product portfolio, and we expect you to have strong capabilities in transforming this new knowledge into successful sales initiatives and operational plans.

Qualifications

First and foremost you are dynamic and entrepreneurial and truly interested in sales and people management. No matter your background, we expect you to be excellent at what you do. You properly have a strong passion for new media technologies and the ability to take responsibility, lead teams and you do it with a natural sense of personal confidence.  

Requirements:

• previous P&L responsibilities

• documented successful sales experience (6-8 years minimum), preferably within SaaS sales

• at least 2-3 years of experience in sales management, i.e. leading direct reports

• strong communication and language skills (fluent Swedish and English)

The position calls for strong sales skills, as well as the capability to understand new technologies and convert these into relevant opportunities of sale.

We assume at least 6-8 years of relevant experience from sales within IT- and/or Web-based Software-as-a-Service companies, with some of those years at a manager position. Specific knowledge of streaming media services will be counted as an extra qualification.

You are fluent in Swedish and English, in speech as well as in writing. The corporate language in Qbrick is English.
