About the job
In this position, you have the overall responsibility for driving our sales operations in Sweden and Denmark. You develop our processes and strive to create the best conditions for your team of field salespeople. Your mission includes budgeting, forecasting, planning, and monitoring sales activities, and you convert these key figures into significant choices that help us remain a successful supplier. As a manager, you build a supportive and ambitious culture, and you have close dialogue with your employees, where you follow up on results and goals. Of course, you keep an eye on what is happening on the market and you create profitable and long-lasting relationships with our customers.
You're based at our office in Järfälla/Veddesta or Sandviken, and traveling is included in the job.
About you
We're looking for someone who has previously delivered good results in the role of Sales Manager and has experience in sales, financial follow-up and managing direct reports. A relevant academic degree in engineering, industrial economics, or marketing is meritorious and we value your knowledge of the mining or construction industry. However, the most important to succeed in this role is a broad business acumen, outstanding leadership qualities, and a basic technical competence. If you also have insight into our products, it's a big plus. You work easily in Office 365, and since we're a global organization, you need excellent knowledge of both Swedish and English.

You're a confident and motivating leader - providing freedom and supporting your employees according to their unique needs, and you're particularly passionate about developing and helping your sales team to grow.
