i) Lead a team of agents and freelancers to deliver quality solutions to professionals and help grow their business
ii) Ensuring that clear and choiceful plans are developed, resourced, coordinated and deployed for all brands across the channel in a way that enables the salons and professional stores to grow and reach more consumers
iii) Leverage Coty professional beauty systems and resources to deliver best in class service to customers
We are looking for someone that:
• Sales experience in beauty, preferably in professional beauty channel
• Deep category knowledge in beauty, preferably hair and nail
• Customer Strategy and Plans Development
• Team leadership experience
• Ability to work in the matrix organization and influence networks internally to deliver results
• Experience in sales activities i) sell-in plans and campaigns promotion planning to market and customer needs and ii) of sales / marketing materials.
• Ability to diagnose customer needs and present solutions that help them grow their business

• You are based in the Stockholm area
