Our customer wants to recruit and manage a team of sales people focused on
selling collaborative services into medium to large companies
and to effectively manage and grow revenue of current customer base.
Accountable To General Manager, Nordics
Working Relationships Customers, Customer Service team in Sweden, Finance Team, Country Managers, Sales Directors and Sales Managers Globally,
Operations and Technical Support teams, salespeople globally.
Key Tasks
Primary Responsibilities:
• Manager a team of Account BDEs
• Recruitment
• Improve monthly revenue to meet and exceed target requirements
• Train direct reports on all services and procedures/policies of client
• Continuously develop the sale skills of direct reports
• Assist all sales representatives through the sales cycle
• Train direct reports to be independent within the sales cycle during their first 12 months.
• Develop sales representatives into senior positions
• Attend meetings (remote and F2F) with sales representatives.
• Lead by example throughout the sales process.
• Motivate staff to perform in their roles.
• Identify weaknesses within the department and conduct relevant training sessions to improve areas of weakness.
• Create a disciplined and enjoyable working environment
• Submit monthly and weekly reports on time to the General Manager
• Create and Maintain a strong relationship with the top accounts
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Communicate professional with other departments, senior management, peers and global subsidiaries.
• Travel internationally
• Attend and participant in sales training
• Manage a small office
• Be cost conscious
Key Results
• Reaching and exceeding revenue targets
• Maintain a high level of New Business activity weekly
• Visit the top accounts regularly
• Increase revenue of the existing client base
• Develop sales representatives into more senior roles
Core Skills & Qualities
• 6+ years experience in B2B sales (medium to large companies)
• 3+ years managing junior sales representatives in a new business environment.
• IT and/or Telecoms sales experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• The ability to work autonomously
• Must be proficient in all Microsoft office applications
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
Languages: English and Dannish (all other languages are welcome)
