We see that our future team leader has a former managerial experience as well as a few years of experience from leasing processes. You like being in a role where you can develop our business, create a genuine sense of togetherness in your team and create motivation to help achieve organizational goals. You are an inspiring leader, with great communications skills, who enjoys building strong relationships - even when they are remote. Furthermore, you want to drive change, where you like to use digital data and other insights to forecast and detect errors, gaps, and potential flaws. Together with your team you challenge existing ways of working and enable change!
You have knowledge of:
Leasing - How to set up contractual arrangements for the use of IKEA assets in accordance with IKEA and country standards.
Operational intelligence - How to provide services according to standards with cost balance and long-term view.
Contract management - How to manage and further develop existing contracts and agreements, including managing quotas, commitments and allocations, activating and deactivating contracts and maintaining catalogue and pricing information in order to secure supplier excellence in operation.
Agility - How to work in, manage a project and lead a team through collaborative efforts and optimized competence sharing, with adaptive planning, evolutionary development, continuous improvement, flexibility and rapid response to change

Ingka Centres is in the middle of an exciting journey where we create and develop Meeting Places, into something that exceeds our visitor's expectations! As our team leader a you will have an important function in this journey, where you and your team will be developing the collaborations and ensuring great support for our tenants. Your main mission will be to lead and support Malmo and Madrid Hubs.
Moreover, you will:
• Lead, coach and develop a team of co-workers by creating and implementing a structured information flow within the team to achieve team alignment in all relevant lease administration processes related topics
• Localise the administration part of the sales & leasing process and ensures efficient and timely sales & lease contract and other relevant document signing process
• Implementing locally tenant operations handbook to ensure high quality standards of tenant operations in MPs
• Contribute to new systems and database development
• Organise quality sales & leasing reporting and analytics to locally support Domain
• Responsible for development and regular efficiency analysis of the lease administration and tenant operation processes and standards to ensure process efficiency
• Ensure governance compliance with the mandatory legislation and internal Ingka rules and regulations
• Ensure Operations Domain requestors get timely and high quality information support on lease premises, preparation of contracts an various necessary documents as might be required at local level
In this role you will be based in Malmö, Sweden. You will have colleagues in Malmö, but also all over Europe, which means your work will be very flexible, remote and enable some travel opportunities. Your closest manager will be Sabrina Caserta, Sales & Leasing Administration Manager.
