hela Sverige As part of HCL's continued growth in Europe, we are looking to appoint a seasoned BPO Sales Lead to grow the Finance and Accounting, (F&A) and Procurement sector. They will work with our senior management team to map out a focused agenda of growing market and revenues. This is a new business role that will focus on big ticket wins and adding prestigious logo?s across the region.
Responsibilities:
Proactively hunt for target organisations in the F&A and Procurement IT outsourcing sector providing customised solutions to prospective clients.
Create suitable content to the go-to market strategy and provide clear visibility on the advantages by collaborating with HCL's Business Process division and create a brand of HCL in the region/sector.
Manage the full sales cycle and be responsible for the planning and execution at each stage, bring in the relevant skill sets to achieve desired output (presale, architects etc).
Ensuring that all stages are managed and executed with the highest standards.
Meet Revenue targets as defined.
Identify and create strong relationships with relevant stakeholders and aim to increase CxO interactions and create empathy and professionalism as a true partner.
Strong awareness of the BPO F&A and Procurement service offerings and how to solution proposals.
Achieve profitability, contribution and collection norms and create business plans as and when required.
Work with delivery teams to generate proposals and bid responses and nurture the relationship.
Key pre-requisites:
Proven ability to aggressively hunt/convert specific prospects to clients, at senior management and CxO level.
Strong knowledge of BPO F&A and Procurement services.
Ability to navigate through tough situations and take knockbacks with confidence and proactively find solution on own initiative.
Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.
High energy levels, hungry, enthusiastic, self-sufficient & motivated.
Strong education, ideally an MBA degree qualified.
Past experience / relationships within the sector/region.
