We are looking for an outstanding Sales Lead who will be responsible to drive sales in Swedish market. In this role you will be expected to to increase TCS presence in Sweden through acquiring new and incremental business from new and existing customers. You will have managerial responsibility for a team consisting of business development managers. You will be reporting into the Nordic Sales Director and your base location will be Stockholm, Sweden. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Sweden and/or abroad will be required from time to time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The role is primarily a sales leadership role where you will be responsible for driving revenue across the Swedish market (excl BFSI) .
• Lead planning sessions, strategy and account/opportunity qualification discussions.
• Guiding, setting direction and priorities for your direct reportees, which includes arranging regular status reviews.
• Analyze the target market, prospects and prepare analysis and benchmarking reports based on information available in public domain and other sources.
• Identify new opportunities in market and convert into GTM initiatives.
• Participate and lead meetings with customers/prospects.
• Participate in presentations, solution workshops, etc which could be a part of bid process (RFI, RFP processes etc) as and when required.
• Manage & grow existing Industrial sector customer relationships for TCS.
• Collaboration, Integration and orchestration across various Leadership Teams.

KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• At least 15 years experience in IT outsourcing industry.
• Very good knowledge of sales process including opportunity qualification through closure.
• Very good knowledge of IT services offerings, processes (RFIs/RFPs etc) and operations in an offshore centric environment.
• Experience of working in multicultural environment.
• Comprehensive understanding and a good track record from working in the IT services sector in a global delivery/onsite-offshore delivery environment.
• Fluent in English (spoken/written), with excellent communication and presentation skills.
