As a Sales Executive at Exela, you will be part of a team where your primary responsibility is to sell solutions, support and build strong relationships with our clients within markets such as Insurance & Banking. You will report to SVP for Northern Europe region.For this role we seek a team player to our sales organization. You will be responsible for the structure and implementation of the entire sales process, from booking your own meetings with potential new customers to sign agreements with new and existing customers.The position will require primarily travel within the Nordic countries. The scope of this job is 100%.Essential functions and responsibilites:Proactively seek out, build and maintain relationships with senior leadership at client organizations to influence strategic business decisions. Act as a trusted client partnerOwn account strategy, mapping out growth opportunities within account list and working cross-functionally with Solution Engineers, Marketing & Customer Relationship Managers to achieve results and drive growthLead entirety of business development cycle, from initial meeting to negotiation, closing and forecastingDeliver presentations of company products at relevant conferences, customer sites and exhibitionsManage large client list, maintaining oversight of multiple opportunities and serving as a primary point of contact for clientsProvide customer feedback to enhance product functioning and service deliveryWhat is needed to succeed in the role?Mandatory: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of sales experience in relevant industries such as banking, insurance, technology, IT and/or consulting industries, selling complex solutions around technology and servicesDemonstrated record of success selling business process outsourcing, process automation, consulting services, or business-process-as-a-service to the relevant industrySwedish Drivers Licence BExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in Swedish and EnglishOptional: Ability to build and maintain senior relationships within target client organizationsMBA PreferredExperience using CRM systems and industry-standard sales Tools Comfort negotiating and closing global, multimillion dollar deals Demonstrated ability to articulate a complex, solution-based value propositionDemonstrated ability to ask practical and technical qualifying questionsAbility to plan and execute a sales strategyPersonal characteristics:To succeed, we prefer that you are persistent and thorough.
