BUT! Potential counts for nothing until it's realized. Guess what? It's time to ramp up sales! It's time to realize the potential. Ingrid is seeking to hire a driven Executive to be responsible for sales to predominantly Nordic online merchants.

Your mission

As a Sales Executive on the Ingrid team, you will manage the process to ensure effective development of the pipeline and closure of sales. You job will be to significantly increase sales of Ingrid's platform in the Nordics. To get the job done, you need to be hungry and driven yet courteous and professional in your contact with the team and our customers. You need to be humble before our customers' challenges, but confident enough to move the process forward. Never let anything slip between the cracks and manage your time efficiently. Be creative, eloquent and to the point. Check your grammar and spelling!


* Build and maintain a prospect pipeline for the Ingrid platform.
* Actively generate outbound and inbound leads at conferences, seminars and via social media, discovery emails or calls.
* Qualify sales opportunities and record their sales progress in aCRM software.
* Develop and manage pipeline of sales opportunities for Ingrid's platform.
* Answer RFP's. RFI's and create quotes.
* Up/cross sell of new Ingrid products in the existing customer base in order to increase revenue.
* Make field sales visits to prospective customers and run sales meetings, product demos via online conference tools.
* Manage contract T's&C's negotiations during the sales process to a final close.
* Meet and exceed your quarterly and annual quota targets.
* Approach all deals with a customer-first "ready to help" mentality.
* Generate a recurring revenue stream for the company.
* Work the rest of Ingrid teams to ensure customer satisfaction is at the highest level.


* 2-4+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success required (logistics/online payments industry experience preferred).
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Sales, Engineering or similar.
* Proficiency in CRM, Spreadsheets, Keynote, Email-tracking, Newsletter software.
* Excellent communication skills speech and writing in English and Swedish
