In order to add to our Sales Team here in Stockholm we are looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and closing new sales opportunities in Europe and Asia. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality who will add that little extra to the team, excel under pressure and gets motivated by target driven sales.

Qualities and Background

Self-starter, creative, comfortable with ambiguity, works both independently and collaborates well in team settings.

Experience in developing and building solid relationships in a specific industry segment(s) with mid-level and senior executives across business, marketing and technology teams.

Keen ability to assess situations, perform root cause analysis, and provide solutions while possessing a passion for delivering impactful, cut through the clutter, ideas versus standard telecom presentations

Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

Must possess excellent customer service skills with a customer driven focus and the ability to quickly pivot in a fast paced environment

Tech savvy, with a good understanding of the trends driving innovation in technology, particularly in mobile, cloud and consumer areas

Ability to think things through and develop processes that contribute to enhanced organizational efficiency

Requirements

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

2+ years of experience in Enterprise Technology sales

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

Excellent client service skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good computer skills – Analytic tools, Office
