hela Sverige We are looking for an energenic and result oriented Sales Executive with experience from the Shipping and/or transport/logistic business. If you are communicative, trustworthy and positive and want to be part of a great sales team, maybe you are the one we are looking for!

You will gain solid sales, tender and contract management knowledge and best practices as well as management reporting, analytics and planning skills.
You will also acquire the most updated and relevant supply chain insights and an extensive understanding in customers and the market. This will provide you with the expert knowledge needed to excel in the role and for further career development.
In Sweden we have a well experienced and knowledgeable sales team that you will be a part of.
The vacant position is located at our office at Mölndalsvägen, Gothenburg.
Start date will be as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
• Meet our current and future customers face to face
• Responsibility to develop and deliver performance targets from your allocated customers by retention, up sell and cross sell.
• Responsibility for identifying new customer potential by applying market and industry knowledge in order to increase our marketshare and ensure alignment with our company strategy.
• Build long term customer relationships.
• Improve and share market knowledge of trades and industries to sales colleagues, trade desks and management.
• Ensure that we focus on revenue optimazation and meet overall volume targets on our strings/services.
• Reinforce Maersk Group culture, values and reputation and ensure compliance with Maersk Group policies in our direct involvement with customers.
An ideal candidate demonstrates:
• Great time management skills
• Capabilities to build strong relationship with customers and colleagues.
• Knowledge about sales process management.
• Market knowledge and experience in strategic account management from working winthin shipping- or logistics industry in Sweden.
• Financial knowledge and insight to secure winning strategies and understand account economics.
• You have a university degree or similar within the Commercial field.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• You are fluent, both verbal and written, in Swedish and English language.
• Proactive and positive way of thinking.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to involve other departments in the sales process to ensure smooth hand over and internal ownership.
• As a person you have a strong drive and set a great value in always acting professional.
• To be successful in this position you also need be structured and organized.
• A requirement is that you have a Swedish driving licence.
