About the position
We have an opportunity for the position of Sales Executive to join our international Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business prospects, as well as cultivating and nurturing relationships with potential customers primarily within the Swedish market.

Responsibilities and work tasks
• Drive new customer acquisition through strategic sales initiatives within the dynamic SaaS industry.
• Conduct research to identify and suggest prospects for new business opportunities.
• Analyse various lead sources and sales options to determine their viability.
• Keep the sales support tool updated at all times with a complete log for all activities, opportunities and leads.
• Establish and nurture relationships with clients, prospects, and professional networks.
• Understand and stay updated on the company's SaaS products and their functionalities.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement or recommend new products.
• Participate on behalf of the company in conferences, exhibitions and similar events.
We believe that you have
• Proven experience in driving sales processes, encompassing lead generation through to finalised deals.
• A higher education background in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, as well as presentation skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Prior experience within the field of People Technology.
