The Nordic Sales Excellence team is a part of the Group function Strategy & Commercial Excellence. The team is responsible for defining and implementing PostNord' CRM-strategy. Today the Salesforce Service cloud and Sales cloud is implemented in three of five countries and we hold the ambition to extend the use of Salesforce being an enabler for increased business and improved processes. We are working closely together with IT in a SCRUM development set-up and in this position you will be business lead/product owner for Salesforce. You will be responsible for taking strategy to execution, develop implementation plans, define and prioritize business needs based on dialogue with the countries. At the same time you will be responsible for designing and implementing cross country business processes that ensure optimal use of Salesforce together with local teams.
You have what it takes
You have a relevant academic degree and at least 3 years of professional experience. We are looking for candidates with knowledge of process design and implementation. Experience with Salesforce is a requirement
You have strong project management skills and a high personal drive with, striving to consistently to deliver high quality at high speed and with high output focus. It is important that you are a team player and have a strong ability to manage and drive positive change.
