Do you have a big business and customer focus also wanting to manage product and sales engineering support for one of the largest automotive companies in the world? We are looking for a Sales Engineering Manager who's experienced within the automotive industry and now wants to keep develop in an international environment.

Tasks:
As Sales Engineering Manager your main responsibilities is to coordinate market input and prioritizations of the product plans within a given market area. You also manage and develop communications to keep markets up to date with existing and new soft and hard product developments.

Within your team you support the internal process for an effective "Release for sale" and "Take to market" strategy. This means you also give direct support in all product and sales engineering related matters to market area managers. A part of your role is to ensure support for BRI related PMRs, which means you're an active member of the PMSC (Product Maintenance Steering Committee).

As Sales Engineering Manager you report to Director Product Manager and Export Product Range. With a high level of self management you'll be able to judge and make decisions related to the functional role, supporting the objective of the function.


Qualifications:

* Business/technical university education
* Work life experience as a leader with good cross-cultural understanding
* Work life experience from international business is preferred, as well as experience form the commercial automotive vehicle industry
* Good understanding of technology and vehicles
* Fluent in English, other language skills are benefits
