CG Drives & Automation has its application expertise in pumps, fans, compressors, blowers, cranes, crushers, centrifuges, mills, mixers, conveyors, saws, lifts etc. and with target industries such as Power generation, Water/wastewater, Process industries, Mining, Infrastructure, Machine builders etc. CG Drives and Automation focuses on three selected application areas in the high-end drives market Flow control, Material handling, Lift control, Motors and Transformers.
CG Drives & Automation has 220 employees in Sweden, Germany, Netherlands and India with the head office in Helsingborg, Sweden. Sales, technical service and product development are performed by dedicated teams in Sweden, Netherlands and Germany. Our production takes place in Helsingborg, Sweden and in Mandideep India.
CG Drives & Automation (former Emotron) is since mid-2011 part of Crompton Greaves group, a global industrial company profiled within electricity and electronics dating back to 1937 with 15 000 employees worldwide. Crompton Greaves operates in 21 countries and provides electrical products, systems and services for Utilities, Power Generation, Industry and Consumers.
To strengthen our Nordic Sales team, we are now looking for Senior Sales Engineer and it is a great opportunity to join an internationally successful company. You will be part of the sales organization for Northern Europe that today has a turnover of approximately 57 MSEK. The ambition is two grow the sales in the Nordics with the target to have a turnover of 82 MSEK in 2013. You will work with customers in the Nordic countries with all three application areas and in all industry sectors. The main activity is to work with finding and getting new clients, a so called "Hunter-profile". The expected work flow is to work with existing clients 30% of the time and the rest of the time working with NTC (New Target Customers.
We believe that you have a well proven and business oriented background and have a good knowledge of CG Drives & Automations market and products. You have an engineering degree and experience from sales within B2B (direct sales, OEM, projects, and distribution) and have established network within CG Drives & Automation's market segment and a Commercial background.
You have a business- and result oriented personality, are driven and highly energetic. You are a Self-starter and showing commitment and engagement. You are also a good communicator and open minded and extrovert sales personality. You speak English fluently and preferably also another Nordic Language.
