Do you want to be a part of one of the world's most successful electronics companies?
Samsung is now looking for a Sales Engineer to the Telecom team at our Nordic headquarters in Kista.
You will play a key role as the link between R&D in Korea, our local Sales Organization and the Nordic Operators. This is a temporary position for 12 months to start with due to a parental leave. The role includes travel in the Nordic region.
You will be working with:
• Making sure products fulfils quality requirements in close cooperation with Nordic Operators
• Presenting and finalizing new product schedules for customers and make sure they are kept and delivered in time
• Presenting product line-up and technical roadmaps for our customers
• Maintaining and following up Software issues
• Supporting Sales with technical expertise
• Internal education of Sales staff
• Developing new business opportunities
• Making quality inspections of incoming products from Samsung factories
• Responsible of setting up reworks at our warehouse.
• Occasional SW testing?s of Swedish Operator variants
Suitable background:
• Academic technical degree
• 5 years of experience of working in a similar role preferably within Telecom or IT
• Knowledge and deep interest of Telecom products
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish as well as English
In the role, it is important that you have an extraordinary technical interest. You also need to be sales oriented; experience from working in sales or in a sales supporting role is a clear advantage. Building relationships and make presentations come natural for you.
