About the role

As a sales engineer, you are responsible for executing the sales order management process according to contract terms and within agreed budget. To establish and develop good contact with key accounts and contribute with good technical knowledge about marine HVAC and components.

The role also involves responding to spare part requests with quotation (RFQ), evaluation of existing systems and interface possibilities, source suppliers, price and quotation for spare parts according to RFQ. You will also negotiate with suppliers and customers to get a quote for a final contract. According to established routines, you must keep track of incoming RFQs and outgoing quotes to maintain a high level of quality control and produce the necessary order status reports to customers (according to quality system or as the customer wishes). Last but not least, internally contribute to a positive development of the organization and the Gothenburg office.

Who are you?

You have a relevant education and/or a few years of experience in sales and technical products. Technical skill and understanding, good commercial knowledge and quality is what defines your way of working. To have experience and a genuine interest in working with HVAC and its components is considered a merit.

We believe that you are a team player who contributes to good cooperation and at the same time is self-driven and results oriented. To be good at communicating and collaborating at all levels as well as building and maintaining good working relationships are key for this role.

It is necessary to be fluent in English, both in speech and writing.
