Who you are
Alfa Laval Nordic, our Nordic Sales company with a total of 180 employees, has a strong ambition to become world class in terms of our performance and customer experience. Do you want to join our Energy division with focus on selling heat exchangers in Sweden?
Who are you?You are self-driven, have a structured way of working and striving for result. Building and maintaining relationship through customer presence as well as finding new customers are highly important for you. You feel comfortable in interacting with customers at all levels and to see business opportunities and make strategies to capture them.
About the jobYou will be part of a sales team dedicated to sell heat exchangers for primary Swedish market and report to Market Area Manager Process. Close cooperation within the sales team as well as other entities in the company is necessary to succed in the position.
As a Sales Engineer you have a dedicated number of customers with high potential which you should support with heat transfer solutions and presence. You will also focus on proactively finding new customers within our market to be able to grow our business.
What you know You probably have a degree in engineering and you have previous experience in business to business sales. Customer knowledge from Process Industries and experience of heat exchanger sales are highly valued.
You are fluent in Swedish language as well as English. As a person you feel comfortable in expressing yourself both verbally and in text.

PracticalitiesExpected travelling days will be 80-100 per year. You will be based at one of Alfa Laval's Nordic Tumba, Sweden. Main part of your working week will be spent at our customer sites.
