You will work in a centralized function where we develop sales training that is rolled out in our subsidiaries worldwide with a high focus on Europe. Key Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales enablement strategies, programs, and initiatives to support the sales teams within our affiliates and distributor network. This involves creating and maintaining sales materials, such as presentations, and product documentation. Additionally, collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to identify and address any bottlenecks or areas for improvement in the sales process. Furthermore, the role involves producing training materials that enhance the product knowledge, sales skills, and awareness of market trends among the sales teams. Staying current with industry trends and monitoring competitors' activities is also crucial to ensure our sales strategies remain competitive and effective.
About you
As our Sales Enablement Specialist, you play a critical role in supporting the success of our sales teams and ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to excel in their roles. To be effective in this position, we see that experience in a previous sales role is very beneficial as you understand the salesperson's needs and challenges. You understand the dynamics of sales, customer behaviors and stay up to date with market trends that are relevant to the business. That you are strong in both oral and written communication is essential to create clear and effective sales- and training materials to the sales teams. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product development and other departments. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential. That you have an ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to enable sales growth is very valuable.
Qualifications
You should have proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role. Additionally, strong communication and presentation skills are essential. Knowledge of using sales enablement tools and platforms as well as knowledge of the Office package is also required. The ideal candidate should be an initiator, capable of working effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team. You should have a results-driven mindset. Furthermore, your experience and personal qualities will carry significant weight in the selection process. Academic education in fields such as marketing, communication, technology, or other relevant disciplines can be considered advantageous. Experience in the elevator industry or other technical sectors is an asset, and fluency in English, both in speech and writing, is mandatory for this role.
