hela Sverige Adtoox is expanding rapidly and now seeks a Sales Director
Adtoox is a file based delivery service customized for commercials and editorial content. We are integrated with more than 300 broadcasters and publishers across Europe. We secure that each material delivered is logged, encoded, quality assured, stored and controlled accordingly to all specifications and deadlines. We streamline the work for advertisers, media agencies, ad agencies, production companies, post houses and media owners.
By managing more than 100.000 deliveries (6.000 brands) each year, Adtoox is one of the biggest suppliers in Europe. We integrate 7.600 users and serve over 700 different suppliers (submitting ads). 800 different advertisers have created their own accounts in Adtoox.
Adtoox plan to integrate ten new markets during 2013.
As a sales director your main responsibilities will be
• To educate, motivate and unite all local sales teams
• To uniform, structure and report sales strategies, activities and results
• To find and establish new business
As a sales director your skills and qualifications will include
• Proven experience from sales, preferably within the media industry
• Basic technical understanding and interest
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Excellent presentation skills
Who you are
You have strong sales skills, enjoy building relationships and negotiating with senior decision makers. You find it easy to work independently but still appreciate the team spirit in a fast-paced workplace. You are a fast learner with a high competitive spirit. Moreover, you are driven by results, enthusiastic and excel in everything you do. The work involves a lot of traveling and you should be prepared to work hard to get the best results.
