Your future challenge

• You will have sales responsibility directly towards end customers and business partners
• You will meet and be key account for various governmental procurement organisations  and selected partners
• You will have a close daily relationship with our customers and partners
• You will lead capture teams from early phases to contract negotiations and signing
• You will have a close cooperation with other functions within Security and Defence solutions like tender management, product management and contract management
• You will coordinate your sales efforts with other Product Areas in Saab

You will be based in Sweden and international travels will be required.
You will report directly to the Head of  Marketing and Sales for Communication Systems but you will also work closely with the tender management in further efforts to explore our solutions.    

Todays demands

We are looking for you,

• who isresult oriented, You have a strong business focus and you are always looking for improvements and new business opportunities.
• You have energy and passion for achievements, coupled with demonstrated sales skills.
• You have very good knowledge and understanding of governmental sales and procurement processes, proven sales to defence authorities is a merit.
• You have proven results in integrated solution sales to business partners within the defence domain
• You are a positive and confident communicator able to influence a wide range of people.
• You need to be fluent in English and Swedish.
• It is also a plus if you have a technical education related to communication area and / or operational experience in the Defence Domain
• You have a driver Licence 

Place of action
Security and Defence Solutions, a business area of Saab, offers command and control systems, airborne early warning systems, civil security systems and solutions, training and simulation, as well as telecom carrier.

Product Area Communication Systems is now looking for a Sales Director working within the Marketing and Sales department. Your focus will primarily be to further expand our integrated solutions sales of products and services within the Defence sector. Customers are primarily Defence authorities and various business partners globally.
