Mission :
In a context of fast moving operational leasing market and in Arvals shift to green mobility, the Commercial Director is managing the sales and marketing team to lead the way in our industry. We want happy and content clients with green mobility solutions. We believe that in our service industry people are key. So we expect thorough human interest and a strong sales methodology. The main missions is:
Localize the Arval Proposition
Develop New Business and create prospect database
Manage Client Relationships and find growth in the client portfolio, produce quotations
Produce prospect and client meetings
Built commercial templates and consultancy concepts
Manage commercial parameters on pricing and client margins
Set up of Marketing and Communication, with direct support from region.
Identifying new employees and recruiting
Facilitating on-the-job training
Motivating all employees on their daily activity and encourage to reach next levels.
Request:
The candidate must be from the leasing industry and bring detailed knowledge of the market. Experience in likewise responsibility is therefore mandatory
The scope of the candidate must be wider than just commerce. Understanding of financial figures and internal processes do create added value, since the candidate will be involved in most of the developments in this start up
The candidate should bear the potential to be able to grow to Managing Directors role in a number of years
Due to the start up situation the candidate must be very hands on and capable of doing all jobs in the commercial area
It goes without saying that the candidate must be an entrepreneur.
Skills:
Realisation and success of this new start up asks for strong sales attitude and leading by example
Knowledge of the operational leasing industry
Strong ability to manage the challenge of a Greenfield project, very hands on
Goal-driven leader who maintains a productive climate and confidently motivates and mobilizes the employees
Understanding of financial figures
Analytical and process orientated
Fluent in English.
