Leading multi-million ER&D and NextGen digital transformation sales pitches, with the help of local and international support teams consisting of solution architects, subject matter experts, operations. Understanding of business driven end-to-end solutions covering automotive, industrial heavy machineries, aerospace, medical devices, etc. industries and impact of full-blown outsourcing and hyper automation
Responsibilities:
• Will be responsible for new business development
• Strategic mindset and ability to drive sales strategy
• Excellent business acumen and with a passion for winning new customers
• Views the world from customer and business opportunity perspective
• Manufacturing & industrial industry experience. Understands trends, sector dynamics, competitor landscape
• Strong in conceptual thinking and actively addresses innovation and problem solving through creative approaches. Can transform complex issues into understandable and implementable set of actions
• Team player and encourages co-operation and communication towards a shared goal across teams and regions
• Team player by nature and creates long-term working relationships with internal and external partners
• Excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to communicate with people across domains
• Adapts own role to accommodate changing business demands and operate effectively in new circumstances.
• Actively lives organization values and embraces them in decision making, communication and in doing business
Knowledge / Experience:
Experience in transitions and transformations of large outsourcing deliveries
10+ Years of relevant experience in Nordic region
Awareness of local Customer relationships and market intelligence
Expertise in selling Engineering services and IT / Digital services in manufacturing & industrial sectors.
Track record of doing complex outsourcing deals and successful transformation deals.
Experience of working with global engineering services companies or leading IT outsourcing and managed services organization(s).
Could act as business and technology thought leader and to have excellent leadership skills to navigate in an international organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - in Swedish (preferred) and in English (mandatory).
Confident and experienced building proposals and commercials, innovating demo and PoCs (Proof of Concepts) and negotiating and finalizing contracts.
Number and KPI (key performance indicator) driven professional.
Strong social and networking skills.
Negotiation skills.
People skills.
