Trapets is on a growth journey towards our mission to help businesses with the technology and knowledge to fight financial crime. We are now looking for a Sales Development Representative located at our Stockholm office.

Trapets is a software company in the regulatory technology industry, focusing on providing products and solutions for financial crime prevention. Trapets' products and services, simplifies advanced monitoring of customers' daily operations - from initial and ongoing know your customers screening to surveillance of money laundering, terror financing and fraud. Trapets also provides services for trading surveillance including detection of insider trading and marketing manipulations.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for you who are at the beginning of your career or have previous experience in pre-sales where you will develop your skills and grow with us as a company, as this role plays a very important part in Trapets' growth journey.

In this role, you are responsible for qualifying and reaching out to contacts (leads) who are relevant and interested in our products and services. You work based on a buying journey for B2B SaaS services where, through needs analysis and research, understand the target group to create a relevant interest in our services & products.

You will be involved in developing, refining, and optimising the process in close collaboration with both sales and marketing teams. To help you, you will work with the enablement tools like Salesforce, Salesloft and LinkedIN.

Your responsibilities will include

• Conducting initial dialogue and discovery calls with incoming leads from marketing initiatives and channels
• Identify and qualify relevant business opportunities and hand over the dialogue to sales directors
• Work proactively with your lead pipeline to create and maintain interest and knowledge for Trapets products and service in collaboration with marketing.
• Plan and execute outbound campaigns
• Conducting initial short demo meetings to get the customer interested in further dialogue
• Evalution and feedback loops with the marketing team to plan and optimise campaigns
• Super user of sales enablement technology

Your background

• 2+ years of professional experience
• Working with B2B SaaS buyer journeys is a plus
• Goal oriented and data- and process driven
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Knowledge and/or practical work within AML regulations and/or have worked within FinTech, RegTech or the financial industry is an advantage.
