In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers, identifying upsell opportunities, and sharing insights with our product and marketing teams.
At Hantverksdata, we develop innovative software and provide top-notch services to hundreds of companies in the construction and craftsmanship industry. With over 50 years of experience and companies in multiple countries, we are a trusted name in the industry.
As SDR, you will join a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about our products.
What you'll get to do:
- Prospect relentlessly and build strong personal relationships with our customers
- Make outbound calls and web demos to prospects
- Work with the team to identify and win upsell opportunities
- Identify needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams
- Meet (and exceed) monthly KPIs
What we would like to see in you:
- Experience with high-volume, fast-paced sales functions
- You are a communicative and driven person with strong problem-solving skills
- You are used to plan and prioritize your time
- You are comfortable with phone and video calls
- Experience with SaaS-solutions and a strong drive to learn more about our product and industry
- Understanding of the construction industry is considered a great advantage, but not mandatory
- Fluency in Swedish and English required
