Together, we have the power to make a difference.Your mission As Sales Development Manager, you're responsible for implementing our business strategy into our sales areas, and in line with this, you introduce new and successful ways of working. By creating a plan for the upcoming years, you ensure that we meet market demands, reach our objectives and continue improving to stay ahead in the field. You manage forecasts, budgets and targets, and you follow up on performance - making sure that we have the necessary competence and relevant development plans for both our people and our business. You actively collaborate with stakeholders, and as you facilitate development and implementation of both systems and tools, you also increase our efficiency.The location for this position is either Svedala (Sweden) or Cologne (Germany), and extensive global travel together with members of the sales team is required.Your character We are looking for someone with a background in the manufacturing industry, along with experience from sales analytics and development. You know how to drive change and you effortlessly operate in a cross-cultural setting. Your knowledge is also grounded by a degree in Engineering or Business Administration. As we're a truly global organization, you need excellent skills in English, and knowledge of another language is beneficial.To be a great fit for this position, you have a commercial mindset and an interest in learning our business, and effectively balancing a strategic outlook with operational work is your key to success.
