We will give you detailed training into our products and systems. Your main responsibility will be to increase our sales within the German speaking markets over digital channels, mainly by building up and maintaining business connections to our customers. This includes a lot of direct communication, mainly through phone and email. You should like it to establish and keep contact to German firms.

You will be asked to work independently and with a high amount of individual responsibility. Your task area will consist mainly of keeping in contact with our happy customers trying to increase their sales, as well as gaining possible new customers.

Constant tasks:

Follow-ups, sales, documentation of customers
Establishing and maintaining contacts via phone and mail
Search for new marketing opportunities and sites we should be visible on, researching over Google

Skills
You should speak and write German fluently and should also have good English skills. Good computer skills and a few years of working experience are also advantageous. Knowledge in Swedish, Italian, Spanish or French are appreciated.

The goal is to give you a permanent position in our company and a lot of experience in the field of customer service and sales.

FHR Trading AB is a successful start-up-company that managed within three years to become Northern Europe's biggest supplier for mobile phone spare parts. In each of those three years we accomplished a growth rate of 100%. We are focusing on selling spare parts to repair-stores within entire Europe. At the moment our emphasis is lying on the German market. We are a small, well-rehearsed team and have our office in Södermalm - one of Stockholm's central quarters.
