Objective
The objective of the Sales Developer is to create a controllable and predictable source of qualified prospective customers to the sales representatives.
Responsibilities
• To manage the Sales Development Process.
• To report the results on a monthly basis to the DO.
• To maintain a correct and up-to-date sales tool (Pipedrive) with sales prospects, contact information and key communications.
Authorities
• The Sales Developer has the authority to plan the work within the budgeted time for the Sales Development Process.
Duties
• To actively provide the sales directors with qualified leads, including
• following up on leads from Web Manuals sales and marketing activities
• contacting prospective clients in Pipedrive
• following up on contacted prospective clients in the short term and long term sales pipelines
• add new organizations/deals to Pipedrive when you find a new potential customer, e.g. online or at sales & marketing events.
• To create a monthly sales report including number of contacted prospects, number of responses and number of qualified leads. The sales report shall be sent to the DO latest on the first Monday of each month.
• To coordinate the hand-over of qualified leads with the sales representatives.
• To participate in conferences, industry events and exhibitions in order to promote Web Manuals and it's products, and maintain and expand the Web Manuals network of contacts within the industry.
• To maintain the Sales Development Process in the Commercial Manual to ensure that it is correct and up-to-date.
• Participate in Commercial Meeting.
