2 Sales Coordinators, Vestas Northern Europe AB
Department
Vestas Northern Europe is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, Celtic, Poland and the Baltics. We are responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. With our newly established headquarters in Malmö, Sweden, we strive to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas. More importantly, we aim to make Vestas Northern Europe the best place to work. Combined, these ambitions will make sure that Vestas stays No. 1 not only in modern energy, but also in employee and customer satisfaction.
The Sales department in Malmo is responsible for sales internationally in our region, and the department is being developed to cope with the heavily increasing activities in the area. We handle international projects with extensive budgets in a department with a flexible and open work environment.
Responsibilities and tasks
Our 2 new Sales Coordinators will work closely together with sales colleagues in our international Sales department in Malmo. Your primary tasks will be:
• Co-ordination of project delivery in co-operation with Project Managers
• Daily contact with clients
• Reporting, Creating accounts and projects in SAP
• Participate in internal projects across the organisation
• Coordination of annual budget in co-operation with finance department
• Preparation and participation in customer events
• Ad hoc tasks
• Expected travel days 15-20 days annual
Qualifications and work experience
You have a relevant commercial education and experience with coordination of technical project sales or business to business.
• Experienced SAP preferred
• Fluent in English as this is our corporate language
• Fluent in Swedish and/or Danish
• Extrovert personality and good networking skills
• High energy drive and proactive approach
