About the position as Sales Coordinator
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting VX Fiber's global sales organization administratively and contributing to the development of the company's new CRM system, HubSpot. In this new position, you will help optimize the sales operations by ensuring the team has access to the right data, tools, and materials to conduct high-quality sales.
Your responsibilities will include structuring and streamlining sales processes, such as documenting leads, pipeline management, and CRM workflows. You will also manage administrative tasks related to the sales process, including entering new contacts, follow-ups, and analyst tasks.

Furthermore, as an internal HubSpot superuser, you will act as the team's go-to person and ensure the system is used effectively. While also supporting external consulting-based sales agents with entering structured data in the CRM system. Over time, you are expected to lead internal training, drive improvement initiatives, and support simpler marketing activities within the system.

Your main responsibilities:
Support VX Fiber's global sales organization administratively and contribute to the implementation of the CRM system, HubSpot.
Structure and optimize sales processes, including lead documentation and pipeline management.
Handle administrative tasks such as entering contacts, follow-ups, and analyst tasks.
Support external consulting-based sales agents and enter structured data from their activities in our CRM.
Serve as an internal HubSpot superuser and ensure correct usage of the CRM-system, lead internal trainings, improvement initiatives, and simpler marketing activities.

About you
We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in administrative tasks related to sales, customer support, or a similar role - preferably within an international environment. You have a strong understanding of sales processes and the importance of data quality, preferably with experience in coordinating roles or sales support. In addition, you have practical experience working with CRM systems - experience with HubSpot is a plus. You have strong system and data skills and are fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
As a person, you are structured and meticulous, keeping track of details, data, and processes to ensure information is accurate and up to date. You are relationship-oriented and value supporting and collaborating with others, while also being self-driven with the ability to take initiative. We also see that you are humble and efficient in your working style and value completing tasks and following up on them.

Important for the position:
A few years of work experience in administrative tasks related to sales, customer support, or a similar role.
Understanding of sales processes and data quality, preferably within coordinating roles and/or sales support.
Practical experience using CRM systems, with HubSpot experience considered advantageous.
Strong system and data skills.
Fluent in Swedish and English.

Meritorious for the position:
Relevant post-secondary education, likely in business, sales, or a field considered equivalent.'
Experience working at a SaaS or PaaS company.
Experience working in an international environment.
