The assignment:
Our client a worldwide electronics company is looking for a Sales Coordinator to their office in Stockholm. The Sales Coordinator should generally act as the link between the company product Management and the resources on the field (Sales Representatives and Key Account Managers. This is a consulting assignment from asap until April 2016.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Support the Sales team with daily operations, administration, problem solving, analysis, logistics and coordination.
Coordinate internal conference and yearly external events abroad or any other special projects.
Supporting Sales Director and KAM with sales statistics, bonus bases sales or any other needed information.
Responsible to create plan proposal and Execution Orders (EO) for Sales activities and other requests.
Be the link between your and other departments with daily and ad hoc requests
Identify opportunities for improvement and process development in close cooperation with all local and Nordic function.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
M/S Office (Excel)
Fluent in English
Fluent in Swedish
Preferably experience within sales or administration
Meriting with knowledge from SAP admin
