We are impatiently expanding and are now recruiting for a:
Sales Coordinator Denmark
Universum Denmark consists of a team of three people working in sales and marketing. As we are rapidly expanding, both with new clients and new products we are strengthening our local sales team with a sales coordinator.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Your role is to support and assist the sales team in their daily activities towards some of the biggest and most interesting companies in Denmark. In your day-to-day work you will work closely with the sales department organising client relations, including preparing presentation material, scheduling meetings and developing proposals. You will also assist the head office in Stockholm with administrative matters such as invoice handling and contacts with the local salary bureau. As part of our Nordic network, you will find yourself in an international atmosphere working with colleagues, projects and clients from several countries.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Danish, additional language skills are a merit.
• Experience of developing and executing your own projects.
