Permobil is looking for a sales coordinator to join our Swedish team. As a sales coordinator, you will work closely with the sales team, product specialists, and marketing managers to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process and customer satisfaction.
Key duties:
Execute various downstream marketing activities, such as exhibitions and events, maintenance of the Swedish webpage, creation of various marketing material and responsibility for marketing communication through various channels
Manage contracts, products, and pricing in various systems
Support the Swedish sales team in various back-office tasks, such as order processing, invoicing, reporting, and customer service
Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Communicate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations

To be successful in this role, you will need:
A university degree in Business Administration or Marketing or other relevant education
• 5 years' experience as Sales assistant or relevant role
Customer focus, intercultural understanding, and project management skills
Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office and CRM
Fluent Swedish and English skills, both oral and written
Capacity to work independently but also working in cross-functional teams
