We believe that you
• Are open-minded and understand the importance customer satisfaction
• Are well organized and highly structured in your planning
• Preferably possess a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Economics or Law, or similar education
• Are fluent in English, both verbally and written
• Have worked within a similar role for 3-5 years
• Enjoy working in a global company
• Have solid experience of sales management and the Salesforce CRM system
As a Sales Coordinator at DigitalRoute you will
• Manage costumer agreements and contracts
• Ensure compliance with the company sales process, policies and procedures and that all sales related information is accurate in our CRM- and ERP systems
• Participate in developing and streamlining the sales processes
• Be the link between the sales- and finance departments
• Act as a first point of contact with the sales force
• Be the "super user" for the Salesforce CRM systems and support the sales force with system assistance when needed
