hela Sverige Samsung is now looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Telecom Team. In this role you will be working with giving first class administrative support and effectively manage and coordinate our sales processes and systems.
You will have a lot of internal- and external contacts and be an important part of Samsung's continuing growth. You will be working in our Nordic headquarters in Kista, and report to our Sales Director Sweden.
You will be working with:
• Being super-user and support the sales department in all Samsung systems
• Administration and coordination of the departments marketing budget
• Contract administration
• Analysing sales statistics in Excel
• Produce presentation material in Power Point
• Reporting
• Acting as a link between sales and other departments such as finance and business control
• Ad hoc requests from sales management, for example coordination of events
• Minimum 2 years' experience from similar tasks
• Experience of working with SAP or another ERP-system
• Experience from working with a CRM system
• Experience from working with analysing sales statistics in Excel or a BI-system
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish as well as English
