We have recently acquired new contracts with ICA and Axfood for nation wide distribution of our products in whole of Sweden and we aim to start from week 40. Therefore we have access to a very large pool of new customers/ stores who needs to be contacts and introduced to our product range for further expansion. Our multitude of customers includes supermarket stores (ICA, Hemköp and Willys for now), restaurants, salad bars and deli counters (at supermarkets or otherwise). So, there is a lot of ground to be covered for a growing company.
At Green Miles, we produce natural, easy to use and practical food products with maximum nutrition value that means we do not compromise on quality standards for our products. We aspire to create an organization structure where we celebrate nutrition value of food.
With that in mind, once onboard you will also go through a basic training and active coaching form a very experienced sales manager so that you have every possibility to succeed.
Together with quality products we also work very closely with our customer to fulfill their needs and boost sales volumes both for them and ourselves. To achieve this goal, among other things, we do regular marketing activities such as holding weekly tasting events at stores, offering discount coupons and placing banners and other advertisement materials at key places in stores.
We are looking for communicative, solution oriented and business-focused persons with large dose of drive and passion for sales. If you believe you possess these qualities you will fit right into our organization and are almost ready to represent our company to our customers. We employ people from different backgrounds but with sense of purpose and drive as a common denominators. We aim to keep high tempo, energy and determination.
We expect that you at least have one to two years of experience in sales. Experience within food industry is an obvious advantage. We work day times between Mondays and Fridays and we offer a fixed salary together with target based commission on sales volume.
