Business Unit Carton Board, Fors Mill
Business unit Carton Board has established a Customer service centre at
Fors Mill. The Customer service centre is responsible for giving service for all products and mills (Imatra, Ingerois, Barcelona, Skoghall and Fors) within Carton Board Carton organisation. Fors Mill is located just outside Avesta in Sweden and produce carton board for end use areas Cigarette, General Packaging and Graphical. The annual capacity is 400 000 tonnes with a total number of employees of approximately 700.
The Customer service centre is responsible for the daily communication with our customers within Packaging Business Area, and guaranteeing the agreed service levels to our custermers. The Centre is handling inside sales and service for customers in business segments General Packaging respectively Graphical, North Region.
Description
We are now looking for a Finnish speaking sales coordinators for our North Region Team to serve our customers in Finland, the Baltic Countries, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Island. The location of this position is at Fors Mill, Sweden. A successful candidate is expected to actively participate in the team?s tasks and be mainly responsible for customers in Finland.
Main tasks and authorities
• Handle customer inquiries
• Customer order handling, delivery planning and invoicing
• Customer payment and credit limit monitoring
• Keeping customer data and price agreements up-to-date in Fenix
• Sales planning, quota management
• Participating customer satisfaction surveys
• Operative reporting
• Proactive desk sales
• Claims handling
Requirements
• Minimum education: Relevant completed upper secondary school. University degree or relevant work experience are an advantage.
• Customer service experience.
• Active approach, service minded, ability to analyse information, take the initiative and make decisions.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of the Fenix system and Microsoft Office software is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and the ability to create confidence-inspiring business relationships.
• Fluent in verbal and written Finnish, Swedish and English. Other languages are an advantage.
• Good team player.
