Business unit Carton Board is establishing a customer service centre at Fors Mill. Customer service centre will be responsible for giving service for all products and mills (Imatra, Ingerois, Barcelona, Skoghall and Fors) within Carton Board organisation. Fors Mill is located just outside Avesta in Sweden and produce carton board for end use areas Cigarette, General Packaging and Graphical. The annual capacity is 400 000 tonnes with a total number of employees of approximately 700.
Customer service centre is responsible for the daily communication with our customers within Packaging business area, and guaranteeing the agreed service level to our customers. We will have two team?s handling inside sales and service for customers in business segment General Packaging North Region, Graphical North Region and Cigarette.
Description
We are now looking for a German speaking sales coordinator for our Cigarette team to serve our Cigarette customers in Europe. The location of the position is in Fors Mill, Sweden. The successful candidate is expected to actively participate in the team tasks and be mainly responsible for customers in Germany.
Main tasks and authorities
• Handle customer inquiries
• Customer order handling, delivery planning and invoicing
• Customer payment and credit limit monitoring
• Keeping customer data and price agreements up-to-date in Fenix
• Sales planning, quota management
• Participating in customer satisfaction surveys
• Operative reporting
• Proactive desk sales
• Claim handling
Requirements
• Minimum education: Relevant upper secondary school. University degree or relevant work experience are an advantage.
• Customer service experience
• Active attitude, service minded, ability to analyse information, take initiatives and make decisions
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge in Fenix system and Microsoft Office software is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to create trustful relationships.
• Fluent in verbal and written German and English. Applicant should be willing to quickly learn Swedish. Other languages are an advantage.
• Good team player
