We are looking for a Sales Coordinator. As a Sales Coordinator you will work in our newly formed Sales Administration team within Parts Supply Chain Lund. The Responsibility of the team is to handle all the administrative work of an order, from initial contact with the market companies to coordination and follow-up of transportation to final customers.
The performance and serviceability of the team is an important link for Parts Supply Chain to keep up a high level of service to Tetra Pak customers worldwide and to reach our goal of being a world class logistics provider.
Key areas of responsibility:
• Main contact within Parts Supply Chain for our Market Companies
Coordinate the parts flow to Market Companies and end customers
• Follow-up on customer orders, Service Level Agreements and other key measurements
• Plan, coordinate and book all transports to final customers and Market Companies
• Responsible for invoicing and issuing all relevant export documentation
• Assure that transport to each customer is done in the right time, at the lowest cost
In the position you will have extensive international contacts both internally within Tetra Pak and externally (such as transport companies and custom authorities). Since we are a service unit the position to some extent means extended working hours.

You are a good communicator and have an excellent command in English both written and verbal. Knowledge within the logistics area and IT is an advantage but not a requirement. As a person you are service-minded and have the ability to take initiatives and drive for changes. You are a team-player and enjoy cooperating with others to solve the work tasks in the most efficient way.
