The Sales Coordinator is also responsible for maintaining the relationship with a number of assigned smaller accounts, being the primary contact person.
The role reports into the Head of Key Account Management.
Providing an excellent service to our customers and building relations with our stakeholders and registries is vital to this role.
Primary accountabilities:
• Primary role will be solving general support queries promptly and
effectively
• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific
to your assigned customers
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions
according to customer needs and objectives
• Liaison with other internal departments to ensure registration work
is carried out in a timely and accurate manner
• Data entry and accurate record tracking
• Keeping track of and pushing orders through
• Telephone support and email support
• Provide support, advice and status updates to the account
management team as required.
Kvalifikationer• Experience in customer service
• Data entry user and close attention to details is essential
• Possessing a strong customer focus
• Ability to work systematically with good organizational and time
management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• MS Office user, experience of working with administrative support
systems
