You will be working with sales of the Ikano products towards IKEA, more specifically the IKEA stores in Malmö, Helsingborg and Älmhult.
Your main focus will be to strenthen IKEA's position as the leading homefurnishing company and actively contribute to stores and Ikano reaching their goals through increased awareness and knowledge of our finance service products.
You will actively and closely be working with the store's functional managers, shop-keepers and co-workers to ensure that the finance service products are integrated in the personal meeting with the customer and to ensure proper and relevant store communication of the finance service products .
You will be reporting to the Team Leader Sales Coaches in Lund. You will be the only Sales Coach covering your stores. You will however have five more Sales Coach colleagues around the country.
The position requires extensive travels to the stores in your responsible area. Please count on 10-12 days a month. The position is a full-time temporary position, start upon agreement and for a year. After a year, the role can become permanent.
Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimize sales or Ikano's finance service products (DELBETALA, LÅNA, IFakt, Första Bostaden, IKEA Business) in your stores.
• Attract more customers to visit the stores more often and shop more by ensuring that store communication of the finance service products is according to guidelines throughout the store.
• Inspire and educate coworkers to actively promote and use the finance service products. Education and training will happen on the sales floor as far as possible.
• The voice of Ikano Bank in the stores - Ambassador
• Create effective content, as well as deliver pre-defined material in an engaging way and for the appropriate level of delegate (part-time co-worker up to Store Board)
• Decide, agree and deliver on KPI's and other goals which reflect IKEA and Ikano business priorities.KPI's are set on store level and where possible also on department level.
• Analyze and interpret numbers, trends and apply these to reports for the store
• Analyze trends and, together with the stores and with support from Ikano, develop local activities in order to drive more traffic to the store.
• Ensure that IKEA coworkers mediate our finance service products in a proper way according to regulations. Ensure that the end-to-end process is working properly.
