As an employee of the pool group, you join and support the entire house - you learn our different sales departments, customer relationship (cash, small land, customer service), recovery and logistics. The service may also target the above plus IKEA Food. You work on a schedule but have no permanent department but go in and support where needed for the day. Working in the pool group means that you are part of a department store resource group that jumps in where there is a need for the day, for example due to a rapidly occurring illness. It is therefore important that you like to work in a changing environment where you know what time to work based on your schedule but not exactly in which department. The working hours are arranged according to a schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
• You have a great interest in customer contact and your response to them is polite and friendly.
* You are committed to actively offering all available services in the IKEA department store to help customers make good choices, but a positive buying experience as a goal.
* You have experience in sales or customer service.
* You enjoy quick twists and turns. Flexibility!
* You are communicative and share with you.
