To join our international team, we are now looking for an experienced, business oriented and dynamic Sales Channel Manager for our Nordic markets. The location for this position is flexible within Sweden, either at one of our sites or from a home office. You report to the Sales Cluster Manager Nordic and are an active member of the Nordic Sales Management team
Your mission - developing profitable sales growth by developing existing sales channels and identifying future ones
In this position, you're accountable for developing profitable sales growth through existing sales channels, such as distribution and web sales, and you also identify future sales channels coherent with our direct sales within the Nordic markets and our channel strategy. To reach set goals and objectives, you execute Sandvik Coromant's strategy and Sales Cluster tactics within identified sales channels, and you manage and control our local sales channel strategy. In addition, you develop business relations with channel partners and ensure that end-user and channel partner relations are successfully managed.
Your profile - forward-thinking extrovert with a passion for business and communication
We are looking for someone with a business degree or equivalent knowledge gained from experience. You have a background in creating and executing business strategies and plans, as well as experience from managing external and internal customer relationships. In addition to this, we also like to see that you have relevant experience in sales and marketing, as well as a proven track record of delivering business results. You have solid IT knowledge and are familiar with Office 365, and as we operate on the global stage, your verbal and written English skills must be advanced.
