ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Sales Associate at Mini Rodini you are an ambassador for the brand and your daily mission is to contribute to sales by offering the best possible service to our customers. You strive to achieve the store's goals and budget. We believe that you are a true team player that thrive in a busy working environment!
Your tasks will include but not be limited to:
• Ensure an outstanding level of customer service
• Increase store sales to achieve established goals and KPI's
• Seek information and stay updated with sustainability, product information and policies at Mini Rodini
• Ensure and maintain the presentation of the products in store
• Store deliveries/stock take
The position is a part-time, permanent position based at our store at Odengatan, Stockholm and you will report to the Store Manager. The position requires the flexibility to work both evenings, weekdays and weekends.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this position we believe that you have the following qualifications and experience:
• Experience from similar positions
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Great emphasis is placed on you being positive, goal-oriented, flexible and motivated by good sales results.
• Knowledge of textile materials and sustainability is an advantage
