We are now looking for a Sales assistant within our department of sales that marketing our product Chlor-Alkali & Chloromethanes. You will be supporting two of our salesmanagers within Sweden, you will be located in Gothenburg. This is a temporary position between january 1st, 2018 and december 31, 2018.

Your key objective will be to support sales managers in realizing targets and lasting relations with customers, liaison position between Customer service and Sales with problem solving skills.

You will have daily contacts with sales managers and our customer service desk to inform each other about actual situations. You are contact person for customers during absence of the sales manager and you assess priorities and take necessary actions. You will be an active participation in regional and international sales meetings.

• Preparation of contracts and deals as well as calculating prices to customers on the basis of existing contracts. Registration in pricing tools and SAP for accurate billing.
• Confirmation of prices, promotions and conditions of sale to customers. Arrange periodic settlements and adjustments with clients. Tracking and archiving of signed price lists. Check the billing block for the correct and valid prices and calculation.
• Evaluate payment behavior of customers, and formulate reports on request.
• Arrange for immediate payment of overdue invoices through direct contact with customers in cooperation with credit control
• Analyzing causes for credit blocks, checking level of credit limits and initiating actions for undisturbed sales.
• Screening of tender publications. Preparing documentation, forms and maintaining the calendar. Centralizing and updating documentation on the intranet.
• Responding to demands and requests of customers and assessment of priorities and responding to settlement of complaints. Issuing and/or distribution of customer specific Certificates of Conformity, Handling the Long Term Suppliers Agreements

We are looking for you with an interest of sales but your main focus is at administration and to provide the highest service to our salesmanagers. You want to be the trustworthy sales assistent that get things done.

• Bachelor degree in businessadministration/likewise education and/or equal work experience
• High interest of adminstration, preferably within sales.
• Serviceminded, customer focused and can be proactive in your work.
• Good computer skills
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• Knowledge/experience in SAP is considered a merit.

As a person you are responsible, result oriented and communicative. You have a proactive work style and you take initiative for improvements, further you are customer focused and have a big interest for sales and adminstration. You are capable of working under stress, you have strong communication skills and you are a teamplayer. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English are required.
