We require:
Previous experience as an Office Assistant/Personal Assistant; very good computer skills; willingness to commit to intensive learning and training; good organizational skills; excellent communication skills to work with customers, partners and colleagues internationally; fluent Swedish and English, both verbal and written; possibility to go on business trips;
Tasks will include:
Handling incoming calls; booking meetings for the Sales people; taking notes during the meetings; marketing tasks such as changes on the web page, writing case studies, organizing seminars, translating and sending out pressreleases, proof-reading; handling incoming salesorders; taking the support line, keeping contracts in due order; administrative tasks of all sorts (visas, tickets, etc.); taking care of the guests
